After her first month, we sat down with Chadrine to learn more about her experiences, her role, and what excites her about being part of our team. Here’s what she had to share:
Introduction
If there’s one thing I’d like everyone to know about me that isn’t on my CV, it’s that I’ve lived in three countries and speak four languages fluently: French, Italian, Yemba (a Cameroonian language), and English. These experiences have shaped my unique perspective on life and work.
Role Insights
The most exciting aspect of my new role is the opportunity to explore new technologies, particularly in an environmentally friendly context. I’m eager to dive into various projects and continue learning, as this role perfectly blends my passions for technology and sustainability. Additionally, I have a strong focus on enhancing the company’s cybersecurity measures, both for internal operations and external solutions. Ensuring that our systems and products are secure is a key priority for me, and I’m looking forward to contributing to this critical area.
First Impressions
My first month here has been fantastic. I’ve already been involved in some internal projects, and the team has been incredibly supportive, helping me understand the company’s business logic and existing projects. The smooth transition has been thanks to everyone’s willingness to assist and share knowledge.
My Role in One Word
If I had to describe my role in one word, it would be “developer.” I focus on implementing UI/UX designs for clients’ dashboards, developing agreed-upon solutions, and thoroughly testing them. This role combines creativity with technical expertise, which is where I thrive.
A Fun Fact About Me
A fun fact about me is my passion for environmentally friendly gardening. It’s something I do outside of work that not only relaxes me but also aligns with my values of sustainability. It’s a hobby that connects me with nature and helps me unwind after a day of coding.

I’m looking forward to the possibility of working on a full-stack software project. The opportunity to contribute across the entire development process, from front-end to back-end, is something that excites me.
