Smart Buildings

IoT, or the Internet of Things, means using connected sensors and devices to gather and share data automatically. For building managers in commercial spaces and social housing providers, it offers a smart way to monitor energy use, occupancy, and environmental conditions.

This helps improve building performance, reduce costs, and enhance comfort for occupants. By supporting proactive management and informed decisions, IoT makes buildings more efficient, more sustainable, and easier to run.
